Sometimes in life you just have to go after what you want. After a long and hard-fought campaign I was finally able to throw out a first-pitch at a Colorado Rockies game. Thank you to everyone for indulging me in my quest. Thank you to everyone for supporting me across numerous platforms. Thank you to the Colorado Rockies for listening to a heartfelt plea from a fan. But most of all, thank you to my dad, for fostering a love of baseball in my life that I will pass on to my son one day. And for always playing catch with me. The Rockies are 1-0 when I throw out a first pitch. Just saying.
